axisapps consultation

Privacy policy

Version of 12 August 2026

AXIS publishes four services: mynatal (chart readings), mymatrix (destiny matrix), mymap (astrocartography) and axisapps consultation (an assistant for professional astrologers). This page describes what data is processed, why, for how long, by whom, and the rights you have.

Who is responsible for what

For mynatal, mymatrix and mymap, AXIS (Rémi Beaurain, contact@axisapps.app) is the data controller for the data you provide.

For the practitioner subscription alone, the data of the astrologer's clients (birth data, what is said during a session) are the responsibility of the astrologer, who is the data controller for it; AXIS then acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, under the terms of appendix B of the terms of sale.

What is processed, and for how long

The deletions above are automatic: they are carried out every night by jobs scheduled in the database, with no human involvement.

Providers that receive data

Storage is hosted in Europe (Supabase, Frankfurt). Some processing goes through specialized providers. All of them are bound by a data processing agreement, and transfers outside the European Union are governed by the appropriate safeguards of chapter V of the GDPR.

No reading data and no session data is ever used to train an artificial intelligence model: neither by AXIS, nor by its providers under their commercial terms.

Deleting your account

Deletion is done from the Subscription page of your account area. It is final and erases your account, your readings, your matrices, your maps, your reference chart and your consultations.

Three things survive it, and it is better to know before you click:

If you would like these items erased as well, to the extent that the law allows, write to contact@axisapps.app.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to contact@axisapps.app; answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Clients' consent (practitioner subscription)

The astrologer informs their client of the transcription and obtains their consent before turning on the microphone. A suggested wording is provided on the consent page and in the app at the start of each consultation.
